Return and Refund Policy

1. Return must be done within 30 days from date of purchase with manufacturer Return Authorization Number (RAN). Please contact manufacturer Customer Service to obtain the RAN. Shipping is non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping the order back to the warehouse. Refund is issued once the item is processed by the warehouse. Return without RAN shall delays the refund process.
2. 20% restocking fee will be charged based on product purchase price.
3. Clearance, close out, discontinued model are not returnable.
